Godrej Bayview High-Rise Excavation (Vashi, Mumbai)

The Godrej Bayview project at Vashi, Mumbai, presented a significant engineering challenge: executing deep rock excavation for a premium high-rise building. The primary constraint was the extreme proximity of neighboring residential structures, located as close as 3 to 5 meters from the blast site. In such a high-stakes environment:

• Vibration Control: Vibrations had to be kept at a minimum to prevent any structural cracks or panic among residents.
